Ticket Confirmation

Ticket Delivery

General Policy

All ticket sales are final. Refunds are generally not available except in the following circumstances:

• Event cancellation by the venue or organizer
• Event postponement (refund or exchange options will be provided)
• Duplicate purchases made in error (must be reported within 24 hours)

Exchange Policy

Ticket exchanges may be permitted up to 24 hours before the performance, subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are processed on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Time

When refunds are authorized, they will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Entry Requirements

• Valid ticket required for entry
• Photo ID may be required
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime
• Latecomers may not be admitted or seated until intermission

Venue Rules

• Photography and recording are strictly prohibited
• Mobile devices must be silenced
• Food and beverages from outside are not permitted
• Dress code may apply for certain events
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue

You agree not to:

• Resell tickets for profit (commercial scalping)
• Use automated systems to purchase tickets (bots)
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent purchase limits

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
